With a site that didn’t work on mobile, and a growing company, SPUR needed a website overhaul. We created a mobile-first, on-brand design and provided a UI kit of parts for their internal developers to use moving forward.

We designed it and coded templates.

Mobile first design

Designing for the smallest screen and working your way up puts emphasis on the mobile user experience.

Bringing SPUR’s magazine online

We created a web-centric version of the Urbanist – SPUR’s monthly magazine. Flexible templates allow for easy long and short form article creation.

Exhibitions and Events

Events are a high traffic section. We brought new clarity, organization and functionality to it.

Fully responsive design

SPUR’s web pages render well on a variety of devices and window and screen sizes.

I cannot recommend Jeff Fassnacht highly enough. His solutions are elegant, his attention to detail unparalleled, his creativity, boundless. I have worked with South Bend multiple times and will continue to do so whenever possible.

Home

Organizes the most recent information into a clear layout and hierarchy.

Policy areas

We chose a highly visual, photographic approach to a section that is usually text heavy, giving it new life.
